Virtual Support

Moms need support to care for themselves and their children even when everything is going well.

When things don’t go as planned and a woman experiences a physical, emotional, psychosocial, or life situational issue during her transition into motherhood it is critical that she receives the support and resources she needs.

1:1 Mom Support is available online through virtual sessions to all

Topics can include, but are not limited to:

  • Education on self-care and stress management strategies

  • Education on how to integrate caregiving into your daily routine

  • Identification of your individual strengths and areas of need in new role of mothering

  • Finding local healthcare resources for any physical or emotional issues

  • Setting up your support team

  • Identifying life change you want to make for yourself and family

  • Resources to address infant care and concerns

  • Therapeutic listening from a mom and healthcare professional who has been there
